PROJECT AGAPE is administered by a Management Team of five (5) Staff headed by the Executive Director who runs the daily affairs of the organization. There is also a Board of Directors whom the Management reports to saddled with the responsibility of giving policy direction to the organization.

The Board in elected after every 3 years at the Annual General Meeting. Members hence control the organization; final authority in PROJECT AGAPE is vested on the General Assembly who meets once a year at the Annual General Meeting. Both Management and Support staff are recruited once there is opportunity for expansion or replacement.

A condition of service and Job description is given to every staff when recruited; these are however received after annual staff appraisals to meet the specific responsibilities of the staff. An interview panel is set up for the purpose of recruitment comprising of staff and Board members.
